Man Fired For Wearing A Tie (Green Bay Packers) .....?

Well he was fired for INSUBORDINATION if you want to be honest. He was told to remove the tie TWICE. I mean the first time I can deal with, but the second time was flat out wrong. Based on it just as a tie I'd agree it was stupid, but in the context of the boss telling him take it off and he wouldn't I agree with firing her.
