Why are the Cheatroit Pink Wings much better this year than last year?

Last year they were practically garbage and were lucky to make the playoffs. This year they are tops in the Western Conference. Me thinks the Pink Wings are cheating. How about you? The Blackhawks are supposed to be on top of that division, not Cheatroit!
