Where can I find size 16 mens shoes?

My fiance wears size 16 and it's really hard to find shoes for him. To make it worse he's really picky about the style and how the shoe looks.The only time I've been able to find a pair of shoes in his size was when we were vacationing in Chicago, IL. He is one of those people who won't buy online and always have to try the shoes on. We feel like we've already looked everywhere and are running out of options. Does anyone know of any stores in Missouri that would carry his size?
