What kind of accent is this?

It depends on what part of Buffalo because it is close to the Canadian border. I mean I have an aunt who lives in upstate New York as well and she sounds like she has a Jersey accent, but she has lived in the Albany area her whole life. Accents are picked up...not genetic.
