Box Office Ticket Swap?

I have 4 Standing Room Only tickets for the Blackhawks game tonight. I tried calling Ticketmaster to see if I could swap those for 2 actual seats, but was told they don't swap tickets on the day of the game. Does anybody know if the box office at the stadium will let me? I've upgraded seats at Cubs games before, I've never tried at the United Center.
