What kind of jobs are open to women to work for an nhl team?

I am 17 and want to work for the Chicago Blackhawks. I have been a fan for a long time and absolutely LOVE hockey. I need to know what jobs are open to women for an nhl team, what kind of degrees I would need to get, and what kind of experience I would need to be able to land a job for the Chicago Blackhawks or any other nhl team. I know that I will need to work my way up and get myself known, but I just need to get a start on my future. I need to know because I am looking for colleges but need to know what I want to do before I pick a college. Whatever help I can get would be wonderful...Thanks!!!
