I WANNA BE IN NEW YORK..HELP?

So im a junior in highschoo. and I REALLY want to get out of Chicago, but the best college for me that I see right now is Columbia College in Chicago... Im interested in writing, filiming/being a director, fashion, and art in general.. QUESTION: IS THERE A SCHOOL IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK THAT OFFERS ME THIS.?
